The Cloud-9 bed was so comfortable that I'm actually ordering one for my new condo. The hotel staff, especially Yanti at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service. Everyone, from Jennifer to Andrea to the cleaning staff, was friendly and efficient. The manager, Katie, was a great example of leading by example. I even spoke to the Area Director, Sugar Barhe, who recognized the talented staff. The service here should be the template for all hotels, not just Hilton's.

The bed was exceptional, heavenly. The staff, particularly the night employee, was polite. The hotel was clean during our first stay. The front desk agent resolved a reservation mix-up and made us feel like special guests. The facility had a great gym and pool, and it was conveniently located near a mall and other attractions.
